Summer Mission 2011 - "Get in the boat"

Our Team:

Our team of 85 members have been assembled since January 2011 and after many month of training, preparation and fundraising we are ready for departure. The team includes: 8 primary care physicans, 2 dentists, 4 pharmacists, 1 optometrist, 3 nurses, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, General Surgery, ENT/Head & Neck Surgery and Podiatric Surgery, Cardiology along with 62 supportive staffs.

Our Patients:

We treated over 4,000 patients, including medical-dental and vision care with free glasses in 9 days in 10 different locals in the Thua Thien Hue province and operated on many patients, both of our own and on referrals from Hue College of Medicine and Pharmacy. These are patients who are unable to afford care on their own.
